Our Mission:
To develop Delaware County 's youth by mobilizing people from every sector of the county to fulfill the Five Promises of America's Promise:

5. Opportunities to give back

Our Vision:
To unite the citizens of Delaware County through teamwork, innovation, and service in order to build up youth in our county; becoming Delaware County's Alliance for Youth – using the power of one team for the benefit of many.
